Apple snacks

Here are two variations of a quick afternoon apple snack. 
1.  Apples with peanut butter

1 apple cut in wedges
1 tablespoon of unsweetened peanut butter
Its that simple!
2.  Apples with melted cheese and cinnamon.  Its kind of like apple pie without the pie

1 apple cut into wedges
1/4 cup of cheese
1 sprinkle of cinnamon
Sprinkle cheese on to apples.  [...]
