It has come to my attention that the Ladies at Lakeshore Massage Therapy are involved in a charity and fitness event. Since we like to support fitness, charity, and the LMT girls, it is fitting that we get involved.
They are aspiring to not only walk for 60 kms, but to raise $10 000. I know they can do it, but they need our support. Lets help them by donating anything we can in support of their effort. Below is the info about the event.

On behalf of, THE WEEKEND TO END BREAST CANCER 2009, Lakeshore Massage Therapy Health & Wellness Clinic is asking for your support to help them fight, to find a cure.
THE WEEKEND TO END BREAST CANCER, is an annual 2 day, 60km walk in the city of Ottawa. The breast cancer association makes it mandatory that each walker raise $2,000. Currently a team of 4 ladies, from Lakeshore Massage Therapy, we have set our fundraising goal to $10,000, and we are asking for your support.
One in eight women born today will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point in their life. Each day a family member, friend or loved one is confronted with this disease. Please help us make a difference.
We are accepting donations for our silent auction, to be held FEBRUARY 21, 2009 at our FIGHT TO END BREAST CANCER DANCE, at the Morrisburg Legion, as well as monetary donations throughout our fundraising before the big walk (June 5-7, 2009). Each monetary donation of $100 or more will provide the donor the opportunity to write words of motivation and support on our pink shirts, that will be worn the day of the 60km walk.
